Conversion of sentences ( Part - 2 )

 हेलो फ्रेंड्स स्वागत है आप सभी का आपके अपने ब्लॉग भी आज की पोस्ट में हम कक्षा 10 के एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण टॉपिक Conversion of Sentences को पढ़ेंगे जिसमें हम affirmative sentences को interrogative sentences मे बदलना सीखेंगे......... 

 फ्रेंड्स कुछ नियमों का अनुसरण करके हम affirmative sentences को interrogative sentences में बहुत ही आसानी से बदल सकते हैं...... 


Affirmative to Interrogative


Rule no. 1.

{ First form +s/es ➡ does + subject + first form }

 👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद First form +s/es दिया है तो सबसे पहले does फिर subject और उसके बाद first form लगाते हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ He reads English daily. 

Int ➡ Does he read English daily? 


Aff ➡ Ram goes to school in time. 

Int ➡ Does Ram go to school in time? 


Aff ➡ She sings a song. 

Int ➡ Does  she sing a song? 


Aff ➡ My brother plays hockey. 

Int ➡ Does my brother play hockey?

Rule no. 2.

{ First form ➡ do + subject + first form }

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद First form दिया है तो सबसे पहले do फिर subject और उसके बाद first form लगाते हैं। 


Examples:-

Aff ➡ I wear black shoes. 

Int ➡ Do I wear black shoes? 


Aff ➡ You speak English. 

Int ➡ Do you speak English? 


Aff ➡ These students play in the ground. 

Int ➡ Do these students play in the ground? 


Aff ➡ We work here. 

Int ➡ Do we work here?

Rule no. 3.

 

{ second form  ➡ did + subject + first form }

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद second form  दिया है तो सबसे पहले did फिर subject और उसके बाद first form लगाते हैं। 


Examples:-

Aff ➡ You bought this pen yesterday. 

Int ➡ Did you buy this pen yesterday? 


Aff ➡ He called me yesterday. 

Int ➡ Did he call me yesterday? 


Aff ➡ I taught him English. 

Int ➡ Did I teach him English. 


Aff ➡ You went there. 

Int ➡ Did you go there?

Rule no. 4.

Subject + is/ am / are / was / were/ has/ have / had/ will / shall ➡ is/ am / are / was / were/ has/ have / had/ will / shall + subject

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद is/ am / are / was / were/ has/ have / had/ will / shall  दिया है तो इनको subject के पहले लिख देते हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ I am going to school. 

Int ➡ Am  I going to school? 


Aff ➡ Boys are playing in the field. 

Int ➡ Are the boys playing in the field? 


Aff ➡ He was abusing him. 

Int ➡ Was he abusing him? 


Aff ➡ He has done his work. 

Int ➡ Has he done his work?

Rule no. 5.

Subject + has been/ have been/ had been ➡ has / have/ had + subject + been

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद  has been/ have been/ had been दिया है तो सबसे पहले has/ have/ had फिर subject और उसके बाद been लगा देतेे हैं। 

Note:- Interrogative sentence  में Not को subject के तुरंत बाद लिखा जाता है। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ I have been teaching him English since morning. 

Int ➡ Have I been teaching him English since morning? 


Aff ➡ He has been reading the Ramayana for 3 hours. 

Int ➡ Has he been reading the Ramayana for three hours? 


Aff ➡ They had been waiting for you  for 3 days. 

Int ➡ Had they been waiting for you for 3 days? 


Aff ➡ My brother has been suffering from fever since last night. 

Int ➡ Has my brother been suffering from fever since last night?

Rule no. 6.

Subject + will have / shall have ➡ will / shall + subject+ have

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद  will have/ shall have दिया है तो सबसे पहले will/ shall फिर subject और उसके बाद have लगा देतेे हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ He will have done his work. 

Int ➡ Will he have done his work? 


Aff ➡ You will have reached there. 

Int ➡ Will you have reached there? 


Aff ➡ I shall have finished my work. 

Int ➡ Shall I have finished my work?

Rule no. 7.

Subject+ will have been/ shall have been ➡ will / shall + subject+ have been

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद  will have been/ shall have been दिया है तो सबसे पहले will/ shall फिर subject और उसके बाद have been लगा देतेे हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ You will have been working here for 7 days. 

Int ➡ Will you have been working here for seven days? 


Aff ➡ I shall have been drinking milk for half an hour. 

Int ➡ Shall I have been drinking milk for half an hour? 


Aff ➡ They will have been swimming in the river for 10 hours. 

Int ➡ Will they have been swimming in the river for 10 hours?

Rule no. 8.

Subject+ can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must ➡  can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must/ ought + subject 

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद  can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must दिया है तो सबसे पहले can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must/ ought फिर subject  लगा देतेे हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ I can do this. 

Int ➡ Can you do this? 


Aff ➡ It may rain today. 

Int ➡ May it rain today? 


Aff ➡ You could learn English. 

Int ➡ Could you learn English? 


Aff ➡ She should do this work. 

Int ➡ Should she do this work?

Rule no. 9.

Subject+ can be/ could be/ may be/ might be/ would be/ should be/ must be/ ought to be/ will be/ shall be ➡ can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must/ ought/ will /shall + subject + be 

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद  can be/ could be/ may be/ might be/ would be/ should be / must be दिया है तो सबसे पहले can/ could/ may/ might/ would/ should / must फिर subject तथा उसके बाद be लगा देतेे हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ English can be spoken everywhere. 

Int ➡ Can English be spoken everywhere? 


Aff ➡ This pen could be bought. 

Int ➡ Could This pen be bought? 


Aff ➡ He must be honest. 

Int ➡ Must he be honest? 


Aff ➡ You should be punished. 

Int ➡ Should you be punished?

Rule no. 10.

Ought to ➡ ought + subject + to

Ought to be ➡ ought + subject + to be

👉 यदि वाक्य में subject के बाद ought to दिया है तो सबसे पहले ought फिर subject फिर to लगा देतेे हैंं और यदि subject के बाद ought to be दिया है तो सबसे पहले ought फिर subject और उसके बाद to be लगा देते हैं। 


Examples:-


Aff ➡ We ought to respect our parents. 

Int ➡ Ought we to respect our parents? 


Aff ➡ Everyone ought to be honest to his master. 

Int ➡ Ought everyone to be honest to his master? 


Aff ➡ We ought to have love for our country. 

Int ➡ Ought we to have love for our country? 


Aff ➡ We ought to help the poor. 

Int ➡Ought we to help the poor?
