Passive Voice of Interrogative Sentences

1. First type interrogative

Identification➡ ऐसे वाक्य H. V से प्रारंभ होते हैं...... 

Note:- फ्रेंड्स first type interrogative sentences की  passive voice बनाने के लिए हमें  उन्हीं नियमों को फॉलो करना पड़ेगा जो पहले बताए जा चुके हैं अर्थात  subject, object तथा verb को उसी प्रकार बदलेंगे जिस प्रकार हम पहले के वाक्यों में बदलते आ रहे हैं और फर्क इतना है कि उन वाक्यों में subject के बाद helping verb को लिखा जाता था परंतु इसमें helping को subject के पहले लिखा जाएगा अर्थात पहले helping verb फिर subject होगा। 

👉 ध्यान रहे helping verb subject के अनुसार ही लगेगी अर्थात यदि subject एकवचन का है तो helping verb भी एकवचन की लगेगी और यदि subject बहुवचन का है तो helping verb भी बहुवचन की लगेगी जैसा कि हम translation के rules में पहले ही पढ़ चुके हैं 

Rule no. 1. यदि कोई वाक्य do/ does से start हो तो इनको हटा कर is/ am/ are लगा देते हैं...... 

Examples:-

AV ➡ Does he fly a kite? 

(क्या वह पतंग उड़ाता है?) 

PV ➡ Is a kite flown by him? 

 (क्या पतंग उसके द्वारा उड़ाई जाती है?) 

AV ➡ Do you not call him? 

 (क्या तुम उसे नहीं पुकारते हो?) 

PV ➡ Is he not called by you? 

(क्या वह तुम्हारे द्वारा नहीं पुकारा जाता है?) 

AV ➡ Does my brother sing a sweet song. 

 (क्या मेरा भाई एक मीठा गीत गाता है?) 

PV ➡ Is a sweet song is sung by my brother.

 (क्या एक मीठा गीत मेरे भाई के द्वारा नहीं गाया जाता है?) 

AV ➡ Did you learn the lesson? 

 (क्या तुमने पाठ याद किया था?) 

PV ➡ Was the lesson learnt by you? 

 (क्या पाठ तुम्हारे द्वारा याद किया गया था?) 

AV ➡ Did the beggar not take money? 

 (क्या भिखारी ने पैसे नहीं लिए थे?) 

PV ➡ Was money not taken by the beggar? 

 (क्या पैसे भिखारी के द्वारा नहीं लिए गए थे?) 

AV ➡ Did the teacher not punish you? 

 (क्या अध्यापक जी ने तुम्हें सजा नहीं दी थी?) 

PV ➡ Were you not punished by the teacher? 

 (क्या तुम्हें अध्यापक जी के द्वारा सजा नहीं दी गई थी?) 

Rule no. 3. यदि किसी वाक्य में Helping verbs एक से अधिक हैं तो जो helping verb सबसे पहले हो उसको सबसे पहले लिखते हैं अर्थात subject के पहले लिखते हैं उसके बाद subject लगाते हैं और उसके बाद बाकी की helping verbs लिखते हैं और यदि not भी है तो not को subject के तुरंत बाद लिखते हैं तब बाकी की helping verbs लिखते हैं। 

Note:- बाकी के नियम पहले की तरह ही काम करेंगे। 

Examples:-

AV ➡ Is Bina not cooking the dinner? 

 (क्या बीना रात का भोजन नहीं पका रही है?) 

PV ➡ is the dinner not being cooked by Bina? 

 (क्या रात का भोजन बीना के द्वारा नहीं पकाया जा रहा है?) 

AV ➡ Are the girls not learning their lessons? 

 (क्या लड़कियां अपने पाठ नहीं याद कर रही हैं?) 

PV ➡ Are their lessons not being learnt by the girls? 

 (क्या उनके पाठ लड़कियों के द्वारा नहीं याद किए जा रहे हैं?) 

AV ➡ Was the gardener plucking the flowers? 

 (क्या माली फूल तोड़ रहा था?) 

PV ➡ Were the flowers being plucked by the gardener? 

 (क्या फूल माली के द्वारा तोड़े जा रहे थे?) 

AV ➡ Was the peon not ringing the bell? 

 (क्या चपरासी नहीं घंटी बजा रहा था?) 

PV ➡ Was the bell not being rung by the peon? 

 (क्या घंटी चपरासी के द्वारा नहीं बजाई जा रही थी?) 

AV ➡ Was she not drawing a beautiful picture? 

 (क्या वह एक सुंदर तस्वीर नहीं बना रही थी?) 

PV ➡ Was a beautiful picture not being drawn by her? 

 (क्या एक सुंदर तस्वीर उसके द्वारा नहीं बनाई जा रही थी?) 

AV ➡ Were we not expecting good news? 

 (क्या हम अच्छी खबर की आशा नहीं कर रहे थे?) 

PV ➡ Was good news not being expected by us? 

 (क्या अच्छी खबर की आशा हमारे द्वारा नहीं की जा रही थी?) 

AV ➡ Has Bhavna broken the glass? 

 (क्या भावना ने ग्लास तोड़ा है?) 

PV ➡ Has the glass been broken by Bhavna? 

 (क्या ग्लास भावना के द्वारा तोड़ा गया है?) 

AV ➡ Have you not seen a tiger? 

 (क्या तुमने बाघ को नहीं देखा है?) 

PV ➡ Has a tiger not been seen by you? 

 (क्या बाघ को तुम्हारे द्वारा नहीं देखा गया है?) 

AV ➡ Had the postman delivered the letters? 

 (क्या डाकिया पत्रों को पहुंचा चुका था?) 

PV ➡ Had the letters been delivered by The Postman? 

 (क्या पत्रों को डाकिया के द्वारा पहुंचाया जा चुका था?) 

AV ➡ Had he never visited Agra before? 

 (क्या वह आगरा पहले कभी नहीं घूमा था?) 

PV ➡ Had Agra never been visited by him before? 

 (क्या आगरा उसके द्वारा पहले कभी नहीं घूमा गया था?) 

AV ➡ Had the cricketers played 2 matches by 4:00 p.m.? 

 (क्या क्रिकेटर्स शाम के 2:00 बजे  तक दो मैच खेल चुके थे?) 

PV ➡ Had two matches been played by the cricketers by 4 p.m.? 

 (क्या दो मैच क्रिकेटरों के द्वारा शाम के 4:00 बजे तक खेले जा चुके थे?) 

AV ➡ Will he have planted a tree? 

 (क्या  वह एक पेड़ लगा चुका होगा?) 

PV ➡ Will a tree have been planted by him? 

 (क्या एक पेड़ उसके द्वारा लगाया जा चुका होगा?) 

AV ➡ Will the people not have bought some fruits? 

 (क्या लोग कुछ फल नहीं खरीद चुके होंगे?) 

PV ➡ Will some fruits not have been bought by the people?

 (क्या कुछ फल लोगों के द्वारा नहीं खरीदे जा चुके होंगे) 

AV ➡ Shall I not have cast my vote in favour of BJP? 

 (क्या मैं बीजेपी के पक्ष में अपनी वोट नहीं डाल चुका हूंगा?) 

PV ➡ Will my vote not have been cast in favour of BJP by me. 

 (क्या मेरी वोट बीजेपी के पक्ष में नहीं डाली जा चुकी होगी?) 

AV ➡ Will the students not welcome the principal? 

 (क्या छात्र प्रधानाचार्य जी का स्वागत नहीं करेंगे?) 

PV ➡ Will the principal not be welcomed by the the students?

 (क्या प्रधानाचार्य जी का स्वागत छात्रों के द्वारा नहीं किया जाएगा?) 

AV ➡ Will the doctor not admit the serious patients? 

 (क्या डॉक्टर साहब गंभीर रोगियों को भर्ती नहीं करेंगे?) 

PV ➡ Will the serious patients not be admitted by the doctor? 

 (क्या गंभीर रोगी डॉक्टर साहब के द्वारा नहीं भर्ती किए जाएंगे?) 

AV ➡ Can that boy not lift this box? 

 (क्या वह लड़का इस बक्से को नहीं उठा सकता है?) 

PV ➡ Can this box not be lifted by that boy? 

 (क्या यह बक्सा उस लड़के के द्वारा नहीं उठाया जा सकता है?) 

AV ➡ May India not win the match? 

 (क्या भारत मैच नहीं जीत सकता है?) 

PV ➡ May the match not be won by India? 

 (क्या मैच भारत के द्वारा नहीं जीता जा सकता है?) 

AV ➡ Should we not love our country? 

 (क्या हमें अपने देश से प्रेम नहीं करना चाहिए?) 

PV ➡ Should our country not be loved by us? 

 क्या हमारे देश को हमारे द्वारा प्रेम नहीं किया जाना चाहिए? 

AV ➡ Is my wife to buy a scooter?)

 (क्या मेरी पत्नी को स्कूटर खरीदना है?) 

PV ➡ Is a scooter to be bought by my wife? 

 (स्कूटर मेरी पत्नी के द्वारा खरीदा जाना है?) 

AV ➡ Could they not end their journey? 

 (क्या वे अपनी यात्रा समाप्त नहीं कर सकते थे?) 

PV ➡ Could their journey not ended by them? 

 (क्या उनकी यात्रा उनके द्वारा समाप्त नहीं की जा सकती थी?)
